- My operating system (OS) is up-to-date (Windows / Mac).
- My microphone and webcam work.
Troubleshooting
- I have closed other windows and apps.
- I have cleared my browser’s cache.
- I have disabled pop-up blockers and ad blockers.
- I have tried a different supported browser.
- I have used the “Online Course Tech Support” link in Canvas to chat with support.
